On June 29th 2011 Uninor Prepaid Services Deducted Amount of Rs.52.90/- from my Account No. I am using Uninor Prepaid and My Mobile No. is 7385890550. At that time After Deduction I called the Uninor Call Centre for knowing the Reason behind Deduction. On 29th June that day I Called Call Center of Uninor 3 times but they were saying that their is Server Problem we couldn't tell You the Reason Behind Deduction. At Last The Call Center guy Told me to Put Complaint Against the Deduction, I was Give the Complaint No. as SR 1-17164022203 and He told if the Deduction is a Fault by the Company it would Refund me the amount within 72 Hours. After 72 Hours I called to Call Centre but I could not Contact them because my line was not going to the Guys who Directly Speak to Us. On 6th June In early Morning I called in Call Centre of Uninor Prepaid Services luckily my call was transferred for my Questions. At that time I was told that my Complaint No. is in Process I will be given my Refund But it will Take more 48 hours. on 8th June at Night I again called Uninor Call Centre but this time I was Told that I have Send Rajni MMS from my No. of Rs.45/- and I have Downloaded A song from Ready Movie Costing Rs.7/-. and the Amount will not be Refunded.

So Please its a request that What is the Main Reason behind this Problem it should be known to me.
Amount of Rs.52.90/- is not a Big Amount but if its Unnecessary its Unfair. Some Actions Should be Taken Against this Problem. I am using BSNL, Vodafone, TATA Docomo Prepaid services Also but they have never created such kind of Problem to me.
