We had booked Ticke for Kabul-Delhi for an emergency Medical evacuation for Mr.Manuel Gomes on the 09May flight IC 844 @ 14:25hrs there was a situation that the guest needs to travel with oxygen whihc we were unable to book earlier due the ticket was issued on emergency .


When the guest with an medical escort wne for the check in the Indian Airlines duty Manager denied to baord the pasenger as he had his own oxygen kit and he was advised that the Ticket should be purchased directly from him, This is really radiculous and unacceptable gesture. we are unable to understand how come the Duty Manager can give misleading information when the guest travelling on emergency medical problems rather help him out.
