Ink cartridges
I Purchased a mixture of black and coloured cartridges from this company.Fitted four, which wouldn't work.Printer showing cartridges empty and nothing I did would make them work.Fitted another four, same again.Fitted another four and these worked, but only for a few days during which time very little printing was carried out.Fitted another four and once again nothing I did would make them work.Telephone calls and emails are not responded to.I would like to assume that this company have bought and sold these goods in good faith, but were that the case, then they would respond better to their many hundreds of dissatisfied customers.I advise anyone else to not purchase goods from this company.

They take your money from your card without any intention of sending you the goods
Fraudulent is how i would describe this company they take your money from your card without any intention of sending you the goods i ordered three ink cartridges on 28th sept 09 its now 13th oct 09 and iv'e just asked for a refund after promises that the goods were being sent more than once i am hoping to get my money back but i won't be holding my breath.

NO REFUND ON FAULTY GOODS
Recently ordered 2 black and 1coloured Dell cartridge costing £31.90 total. Arrived quickly&safely. Neither black ones worked, my printer gave a message telling me my ink levels were low and on reserve tank. Clearly no ink in them when I tried to print a photo. Rang them and was told to take cartridges out wipe them, shake them and reinsert. Still wouldn't work. Asked for a refund and told NO, but I could send them back at my expense and may get a part refund in form of a credit note. Apparently this is because I was sent some FREE paper, so My£31.90 is divided By 4 (3 cartridges & 1 free paper). this is then X by 2 faulty cartridges and the unopened one carries a restocking fee of 15% so my total credit note would be £22.72. Including the return postage my total loss is £11.67. THIS IS A SCAM, THEY SHOULD NOT BE TRADING AND NEED TO BE REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS. I have found a freephone number that they always answer 0800 0431001.

REFUSAL OF REFUND FAULTY GOODS
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY (EVENTUALLY) SUPPLIED PRINTER CARTRIDGES WHICH FAILED TO WORK.
AFTER LENGTHY E MAIL CORRESPONDENCE ( DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THE UNAVAILABLE "HELP" LINE) AND RETURNING GOODS AT MY EXPENSE THEY REFUSED A REFUND OFFERING ONLY A CREDIT NOTE FOR MORE DUFF STUFF DESPITE SUPPLYING GOODS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
I intend to take them to the small claims court, has anybody else experience of this route?

Undelivered product
I purchased a toner from printerinks.com. After about 12 days the product arrived much later than promised. However, the wrong product arrived. I emailed them to let them know and they asked me to return the product along with a letter detailing the action I would like taken. I returned the product requesting the correct product, a refund for postage costs incurred by me and a refund of the balance.
I have proof of postage and a tracking number but prinkerinks claim that the return never arrived. I have emailed printerinks 6 times but only ever got one reply which was 10 days ago.
DO NOT BUY FROM PRINTERINKS. Any advice on how I can get a refund from this product? I paid through paypal.

No Communication - Failure to cancel order
Ordered from Printerinks.com Samsung laser toner. After 4 days no item arrived. Checked online only to find item still shown as an order. Then found out ONLY AFTER CAREFUL checking that there is no stock. Stock levels are not shown at order placement. Emailed and called several times to cancel order as these items are in stock elsewhere and as a business we cannot wait for stock to arrive. No emails back only automated response and no one will take calls.
Called today Friday at 5.33pm (again for the third time) UK time only to find answer phone message saying call back in our usual business hours which are 9am to 6pm...Still 25 mins before they close and according to them they are already shut!

I will never purchase from them again and hope that everyone picks this up and avoids this company!.

Next stage is a call to our credit card company to rasie a complaint and get our funds back.

This company should not be in business. Still waiting a month to get printer cartridges. Cant contact them by phone or email.

purchase not delivered
I ordered and payed for lexmark cartidges on 9/02/ 2010. I received an e-mail 16/02/2010 saying sorry for the delay in sending my order, due to low stock. I sent 1st message asking where my order was on 1/03 2010 then 2nd message on 3/03/2010. Still did not receive a reply. Rang their phone number numerous times, nobody answered. Stay well clear PRINTERINKS.COM are a waste of money and time.

Order not delivered
I placed an order with Printerinks.com online for black and colour cartridges on 12 Jan 2010 value c£180. Nothing on the website advised of stock level and the money was taken from my credit card within a couple of days.

After a fortnight, I still had not received my order and rang to chase. I was advised they were waiting a delivery within a few days. The operator also admitted they had no stock at the time I had placed my order. The operator arranged for the black cartridges to be despatched and that teh colour cartridges would follow i a few days.

After a further two weeks the colour cartridges still had not arrived and I rang and was again advised they were still awaiting delivery.

I have since rung on several occassions to chase my order which despite several promises of delivey by a definite date, is still outstanding. During a call on 26 Feb 2010 the company representative acknowledged that they were operating in breach of the Distance Selling regulations. He advised me they had now received the delivery and that my order had already been despatched, which I would receive within a couple of days. They could not guarantee the date I would receive the order as that was dependant on Royal Mail. I did ask, given the time that had elapsed since my original order, why they had not used a courier or a guaranteed next day service!!.

However depsite this assurance that my order had been desptached, I am still as at 5 March 2010, waiting for my order
