Dear Sir,

We rent a car for 3days at berlin tegel and yesterday when we return the car at 17 pm we had dispute with your employees
We are not aggree because they confirmed that we return the car with scratches on the doors of the vehicule on the right -  vehicule KIA PICANTO DN-TH 2145 - or it is completly false .

 we want to know your position when that interpretation has ?

We draw your attention to the fact that on the left of the car, at both locations there is the same kind of scratches and they were when we took the car, also why they don’t on the inventory that we signed- nothing written anywhere

We are sure that your employee knew where the scratches are, because as soon as he ariive with his lamp above, also we are very very  surprise and he said oh i have to note.

We hope to find an arrangement with you, otherside we give to our lawyer sir Philippe Dupuis, car insurance expert
With all photos we have. We reserve the right to attack you in court of Creteil if we were continue in this direction

We are sorry, because when we took the car, the man at the reception said : you are very lucky it is a very good and new car, and my wife said nobody come with us to see the car and he said no no – we are french and we don’t know how you do in your country when you rent a car

We came in berlin to visit your town, we were very happy and at the end we were very dissatisfied
