I used Peter's Removals to move my household contents from Sydney to Melbourne. I paid extra for the guaranteed delivery date however my items were delivered two days later than what I had requested. The owner of the business Mark Endemi made a whole lot of excuses blaming warehouse staff and drivers however when my items arrived the driver told me that Mark had made no effort to ensure my items were delivered on time. In fact the driver told me that these types of incidences had become the norm for Peter's Removals. Each time I contacted Mark Endemi and raised the issues of service failure and requesting that he provide a refund of the extra fee I had paid he threatened me with further delays such as locking my furniture into a warehouse. I never received any refund. DO NOT USE Peter's Removals the owner is unethical and a crook.
