On October 25th 2010 I ordered a mantle clock. On the website there was no information whatsoever about any delays. The company guaranteed to deliver the clock within 2-3 working days and immediately charged my credit card. On November 5th 2010 I contacted the company asking about the delay. I got the reply from sales department in which they told me there was a slight delay and the product would be dispatched as soon as possible. From then on I got only automatic information about further delays: December 6th, December 13th and January 31st 2011! I wanted to cancel the order but there is no way to contact the company. They give no e-mail address and the answering machine gives 10 seconds to record the message. The company advises to use their online customer service but all the e-mails return undelivered. When I posted a complaint at their website they immediately deleted it - no wonder they want to have only praises! - and later blocked my account. For the firt time in my life I have met such an unprofessional company which treats their customers like dirt nad refuses them any rights. I simply want to cancel the order and get the money back and stop dealing with the company which only aim seems to be to cheat people, but there is no way possible way to contacy the-online-clock-company! According to their "standards" I will have to wait over 90 days for the clock!
