deductio of account

I was requested for deactivation and mobily services sended a requested number 11358978116 for deactivation. another sended massage that the deactivation will effect after one week prior to the date of the first sended mail. However, the deduction on the my account has been contenued of not less than two times
a week with an amount of 5 SR.

google treasure chest just took out 72.21 out of my bank account

What the hell some thing called google treasure chest just charged my bank account 72.21 and what do I have to do now to get that back and who do I have to talk too in order to get it put back in my bank and because of that I am over drafted in my bank and who is going to pay for the charges on that what the hell.
