compensation

Dear Sir,
My brother in law traveled from Riyadh to Muscat and his suitcase was missing and was found after four days that too after constant follow up in Riyadh and Muscat airport but was not given any compansation for four days which shoud be SR. 150 per day as per AITA rule please clearify and compensate asap details are as below:
