Respected Sir, I have Complaint about my Credit Card NOC which details is as under : -
I am a customer of your respective Bank Credit Card vide No.4025-8102-6279-2000. I got settlement with your Bank with sum of Rs.13000/- vide letter No.NR-7092/Wajid/120/22/LHE, dated 17.02.2010. I have paid Rs.13000/- according Settlement Agreement with the following details : -
1. Receipt No.5874447, dated 18.02.2010 = Rs.0610.00
2. Receipt No.5802846, dated 22.02.2010 = Rs.1400.00
3. Receipt No.511001, dated 20.03.2010 = Rs.2750.00
4. Receipt No.511040, dated 20.04.2010 = Rs.2750.00
5. Receipt No.467693, dated 20.05.2010 = Rs.2750.00
6. Receipt No.521317, dated 22.06.2010 = Rs.2750.00
Total : - Rs.13000.00

Now, your Credit Card Collection Department, Faisal Town, Civic Center, Lahore relevant staff told me that his Representative namely Mr.Wajid ran away with different Bank's Credit Card customers amounts. If your Reprsentative ran away OR at fault and customer deposit all his settlement amount then it is matter of Bank and his Representative why you teasing me after paying the settlement amount.
Kindly take it this matter on personal level and settle my problem as early as possible and after it issue me NOC. I always remember your this act of kindness.
