Loss of hotel Booking

I have paid Lions Resort £149 on the 31/08/09 for a week in Malta but i have lost all the paperwork and do not know the name of the hotel i am staying at . I paid by credit card and my bank cannot get me a phone number
The dated where from 17/08/09 to 24/08/09
I do have the airline tickets which was booked through a different department
