My complain No: ONL/0000440/09 registered Wafaqi Mohtasib, Islamabad dated August 29, 2009 for quick justice and solve my issue.

In holy month of Ramzan proof that you are honest Muslim and take some interest to solve my problem from root level so I satisfy but remember if you can't support me than how long you make foolish consumers and treat all consumers same way.

why not seriously consider the complain and willing to remove the problem or tension to proof they care the consumer's complain?

Why KESC CEO or responsible silence? If they check the consumption of unit OLD & NEW meter than understand my claim is not false.

Why delay to give justice and put extra pressure and other side no notice or action against the KHUDA users becasue they are real assest of KESC.

Sub : painful to read un-satisfactory very delayed replied only fulfill formalities and defend KESC. against complain for new speedy / faulty meter install we face problem & tensions and teach me that KESC sending correct billing


Dear Sir

I totally dis-agree and very dis-appoint to receive the letter from KESC without quoting ref No and Date.

Which totally washed out my hope to get justice from KESC they treat Karachi honest consumers as STEP MOTHER and Ill-legal consumer’s their (relative or friends). That is why how many ill-legal user’s in Karachi city fined or booked by KESC (speak-up source)?

I complaining since beginning the when our old ( meter ) replaced than we are facing problems of paying additional amounts above our consumption but KESC department not less than MINISTER or NAWAB. Feel very sad or hate to reply any complain of consumers.

My claim stands for around Rs.7, 000 to give adjustment in forth coming bills. Break-up I told millions times and but your representative Mr. FAISAL HAYAT have pain to solve and issue for what reasons. Even said Mohtasib also defending the KESC department instead of consumer’s complain.

Why my complain so delay to process and for what reasons KESC do not feel necessary to reply promptly as they have no healthy and reply when their mood allow than they reply to consumer’s and no authority have right to questioned KESC for delay in process.

Why KESC management and legal department uses totally negative tactics and donot to my complain because they have no courage or words to express in order to satisfy the consumer’s complain.

I request to CEO of K E S C to check my units consumption from July 1999 to Jun 2005 than you got a I idea what units we used. And compare what units charged when our meter replace by new one during than you understand my complain is not wrong. I am facing problems that is why I have right to complain and fight for my rights.

Please do this exercise my your sincere and honest staff do not depute this job to FAISAL SHAFAT he was too lazy and response is very poor, which irk and dis-appointment me. Why act and do not contact on timely basis to make me foolish or keep me in dark.

I pray to God to give me additional courage and power to fight with the careless and ir-responsible management and staff those donot heed the complain of consumer’s and very painful to see those who are using ILL-LEGAL CONNECTION are the honest and favorite consumer’s of KESC. They have no liability to pay and no worries tell how KESC defend such consumer’s.

Please end your punishment session and make sure your rebate amount (Rs.7, 000) which I claimed should be reflect in next bill without any delay than I consider that you are honest MUSLIM’S. Otherwise I understand you have no interest to solve my problems but use negative tactics in order to give justice.

I am not begging but fighting for my rights but tell how many KESC department received complain for excess billing and honestly tell how many consumer’s have satisfied with the KESC justice.

In our country JUSTICE seekers are many but a few get justice. Remember delay in justice consider as “ IN – JUSTICE”Check KESC CEO and Management where you stand in above quotes.

Even the concern Mohtasib agreed in front of KESC person MR. FAISAL HAYAT at new meter give more meter reading as compare to old Chinese unit which was installed earlier. Remember those who are complaining are not foolish but when not timely justice granted than I pray to God in my all prayers to give punishment and teach a memorable lessons to all those dis-honest, ir-responsible and careless who are responsible to delay and not interested to solve my issue

How many times I have to repeat and informed that I got favored from KCCI, FPCCI AND GOVERNOR OF SIND. But all there efforts washed out without any results.

Why CEO and MANAGEMENT OF KESC forget that I am KIDNEY TRANSPLANTATION patient you want to give slow tension so I die than why not give me a good poison to get all rid of my tension especially KESC excess billings.

In short I am very dis-appoint with your way how you reply or attend consumer’s complain and problems and what your management interest to solve problems totally hopeless. Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated. Do not use false tactics and make to reply all consumers promptly.

I am living in small 2 room flat of ZAINABIA HOUSE, Soldier Bazar, Karachi and make habit to switch off un-necessary lights/fans which are not required. Even we replace our bulbs and tube lights by SAVER in order to get lesser consumption bill but surprise no reduction in KESC billings if you people compare with the OLD meter than NEW meter is almost showing double consumption. That is why I donot protest or complain during the Old meter installed?
