Horrible experience with the company. My vacation was not honored after I purchased the voucher, redeemed it and paid an additional $50 processing fee! I was told by the hotel that I did not have a reservation and would need to pay the full charges upon arrival! I had to pay for a different hotel ONE DAY before my flight left to Jamaica because ITP scammed me out of my money! I intend to seek litigation against them!!!
