Mr Kay pleaded guilty to numerous fraud charges in May 2015. These charges stem from his criminal actions with regards to investors in Herb Kay SOS as well as other companies. The Arizona A.G.'s office, with the help of the FBI, brought forth the case. Kay was sentenced to 5 years prison and 7 years probation for his "ponzi" schemes.
