Booking referace of myself and my family is AAF1PK with Fly Zambezi on dated 30.05.2011 from Dar Es Salaam to Lusaka. Without prior intimation the Flight was delayed from 02.15 PM to 12.30AM (31.05.2011). I was travelling as tourist in TANZENIA and after arriving Dar Es Salaam Airport observed the delay. When asked for assistance in the form of lodging for the period of delay the airport Autrhority person of Fly Zambezi (Frank - mobile no.+255715218243) or Petronia (in Lusaka - +260211254943) refused to do so. Even challenged unregretfully to go to any authority and Fly Zambezi hardly care for the same. These is the total harresment and disrespect to the boarders of the Flight. Necesarry action is expected against the Fly Zambezi for this unlawfuk act. My mail id [email protected].
