Etisalat - E-Life
I applied the E-Life Triple Play on 31st June 2010. Etisalat confirmed everything will be done within next 2 days as the area (Al Reef, Abu Dhabi), I stay is ready with fiber optic cable system. I have another postpaid unlimited package with Etisalat. So I cancelled the postpaid internet line. Since that day, unexpected the most terrible experience of my life begin, even Etisalat fix all device within next 2 days but the system was not ready till on 8th June 2010. I make a few calls to customer service to complaints but sadly no respond from Etisalat at all. So I went to the Etisalat main branch service center to log another complaint. As advised by the costumer to cancelled my old application re submit will be faster within next 2 days as my complaint have not reached the Etisalat technician Team. So I re-apply as advised by the costumers service, my internet was ready to use on 10th June 2010 but sadly the rest land line & tv programs E-visions was not ready till today 17th June 2010.I make a few complaints to costumers service but same as before no respond at all. Too bad…..
