Janel is a representative of this company. She sold us a lie. She will not answer the phone or call us back. Our timeshare has not sold. She advised us not to pay the maintenance fees associated with the timeshare. Everytime we call to check the status, we are told that she is unavailable. No one can speak with you not even a supervisor. This company is a scam.
