We have waited twenty months for the signing and all certified compliances for the deeds ot our new retirement home. This company fails utterly to provide any service including returnong phone calls. I am returning the conclusion that the guarantee is 5 years is useless since they would NEVER come out to repair or return the calls. The owner has been disbarred from operating a company by the courts but he flaunts the law and uses his daughters to cover for his operations. This individual is completely without remorse and will even speak in the streets to my wife and I as though nothing had ever occurred I accuse him of being a Sociopath who predates on retirement couples and other people in business, I recommend anyone to avoid him. His business is run with no real concern for his victims. I am still pursuing him over the final deed after twenty months of garbage even going so far as to assault me on my property. I dropped the charges in the interest of good business but some one year later I am still waiting for him to complete the engineers report for my bank. I am totally without any sense of reality regarding this matter and will proceed along with my lawyer to obtain the documents. I will be pursuing a civil lawsuit against him since I have had endless failures waits disappointments and arguments over something that is completely without precedent or reason. In short it is the worst business deal of my life. When I though that most of my business deals were over I am presented with such a set of hopeless fools who really shouldn´t be in business. Before he went into construction he was a sheep farmer. He has a big ego but a small sense of either reality of pragmatic methods in business. I am determined to have his business expunged he should not be in the construction business. The FLoors are to be replaced since day one of the deal and yet they have had no attention or satisfactory conclusion. IN all I would be very surprised if anything is resolved to anyones satisfaction since the entire deal was not about myself or my wife but all about HIM He is notorious in the area for this kind of dealing and yet I can´t understand how he is still allowed to operate. I am about to leave the matter and leave Portugal since I find the business dealings here to be very screwed up. Anyone with information regarding this person is asked to contact me. I have one other couple who are also waiting and waiting for this Company of fools. We will be suing him together.
