Cheater and waste of money (Water)
We recently moved to community where our HOA has given water account to Conservice. Their Customer service is pathetic. Do not understand problems the new movers will face. First, we pay unnecessary processing charges and they expect the bills to be paid within 15 days of invoice generation date. Do not consider their mail takes 5 to 7 days.
If you try to set up online payment, it in 19th century website with no flexibility. I wonder if they can even keep my information safe.
I am working with HOA to get rid of these looters.
