I have one order outstanding for perfume bottles. I have been given the run around and have been directed to deal with John Hofsky in order to get a refund. This person created a false chat log and stated that I was trying to rip them off. The other owner, "Joe" said he would not help me as "John" is a third party, even though the payment was to the same company, "closeoutdirect". Paypal will not help me as they said it has been over 45 days. I want my money back!!!
