Shortly thereafter Derek Rimson changed the name of the Church from Liberty COGIC to NEW LIBERTY INSTITUTIONAL CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST CORPORATION. Naming himself as the fhief executive officer giving his home address in Victorvill, Ca. Secretary Sarah willingham alone with her home address, Minister Brandon Winbush as the Chief Financial Officer with address in Inglewood, Ca In the year 2005 the Month of July the date 28th Pastor Derek rimson made a loan with CAL-VISTA HOME LOAN INC. MORTAGE DOC# 05-1789585 IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 300, 000 LOAN # 1. pASTOR dEREK aNTHONY CONTINUED TO MAKE LOANS ON THE TWO PROPERTY THAT BELONSE TO THE CHURCH MEMBERS UNTIL HE HAD BORROWED OVER ONE POINT SIX MILLIONS DOLLARS ON THE PROPERTY. Using the money for his own personal use and he came back to the church and bragged about it. The Mortage left on the Church property would be well over Ten Thousand dollars a Month. All alone the Members of the church were begging Bishop Charles Edward Blake to come over to talk to this Pastor and the Members; Bishop Blake never came; Until he learned that Pastor Derek Rimson put the Church on the Market to sale. Then Bishop Charles Edward Blake called a meeting...a lot too late. Now as of January 30 2009 THE LIBERTY CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST IS IN THE HANDS OF THE BANKS..IT IS LONG GONE WITH A LOT OF HURT FAITHFUL CHURCH MEMBER WHO SPENT THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY TO PAY FOR THE PROPERTY OWING NOT A PENNY ON IT ..IT WAS PAID FOR; IS NOW IN DISBELIEF.
