So, David, you had a chance to show up in court but you
hid behind Peggy's skirts. Then she turned on you and
said, but Judge, "I am not a registered agent of ADI, just
an employee." We dismissed charges against her,
leaving you to face the music alone.

And .....you did what? After screaming like a little girl on
sites like this for 8 months for your day in court, you went
deathly silent, didn't answer the summons and the judge
rightly threw the book at you for mocking the law and her
court with your rude and impolite ways. Accordingly we
received a default judgement as we should have -- yes,
for the full $10,000. Check the record, David: Austin,

(verifiable at 512-854-7700).

As for your 3800A Bridgeport Way #302 address, you
closed that "suite" (a UPS mailbox with presumably very
small furniture in it) at the end of April (verifiable by
calling 253-266-3143 and asking for Stephanie).

Then you wrote BBB 20 May 2012 and gave them the same
fictitious address you're giving everyone else here
(verifiable by calling BBB at 512-445-2911, ask for Mike West).

As for your 905 Gilgalad Way address in Fort Collins, it's a
a computer shop, not ADI's "registered office address" as
required under statutes governing your "corporation". But
even if it was, it's in a subdivision from which it is illegal
(what else is new with you) to run a business. Therefore
both ADI's and ComputerEaze's claim of this address is
disallowed (verifiable by calling the Sundering Town Homes
HOA, ask the president of the association, Mrs. Janet Hascall).

Your 3604 Mead St address was bogus (Christy confirms).

Your 316 1/2 E. Elizabeth St was bogus (Mr. and
Mrs. Rhoades, owners when you were claiming the
address disavowed knowing you or anything about
"ADI" or ever granting you permission to claim it as
your "registered office address". They are lovely
elderly senior citizens and I don't want to print their
new address or phone number out of respect, unlike
your decision when my 98-year old mother had a stroke
in March to write, "I hope she goes to hell.".

So David, to borrow a catch-phrase you used with
Shannon, "Bogus is as bogus does."

Next up:

Two more lawsuits and maybe 3, one could be a
class action including S. Cho and S. Green but the
other 2 are for sure: Defamation and Copyright
Infringement.

Tighten your belt. Take a deep breath. Grab
onto something that doesn't depend on your
disturbed mind, because your wishes for a
day in court are coming...in quick succession
and in spades.
