scam
On April 22, 2010, my computer all of a sudden started recieving all these pop-ups saying that my computer was infected with spyware and viruses, then it started to shut down and said that it could possibly crash and that there was a worm attempting to steal my credit card information and i needed to install protection because mine had expired. I couldnt get my computer to do anything so i did purchase the alleged product, I checked the $79.00 protection and then I did try to cancel the order but it wouldnt let me go back. They charged my bank card $134.85 and it came from Moscow, I tried to contact the alleged company for a registraion code because never recieved one and thats when I knew this was a scam.

charged for service I can't use
I signed up for an anti-virus for 19.95 and was charged 103.81. I can't get to the anti-virus icon, when I click on it nothing happens. I contacted my credit union and I have a form to turn in for fraud. I tried the number that my credit union found for this company, but no one answers or it doesn't even ring.
