Charged for services not requested
I received a charge on 6/21/10 from bizHost for $39.99. I called to tell them they charged me without authorization and need to return the money. They said 10-15 business days. The next day there was a 2nd charge for $39.99. I called them again and said they charged me instead of refunding me. They said 10-15 business days. I waited 2 weeks and called back. I spoke with a supervisor and she said they would have to resubmit the refund for processing and to wait 10-15 business days. I waited 3 weeks and called back. This time they said the refund had been processed but accounting declined the refund because I was outside my trial period. I then spoke to another supervisor and he said they could not refund my money. I tried to contact their corporate, but the area code listed on their website doesn't exist, 632. I sent an email via their Contact Us page. Doubt I will get a response. I contacted my bank and they said there were 3 charges. They had initially charged me this "one time startup fee" back in May. There was no sympathy from the company. They need to go down.
