Repair Service
I just moved to Schertz 2 months ago, the only service available in my new subdivision is ATT landline and DSL - which I signed up for. My phone line is laying over a construction side (not burried or protected) and my landline is out of order since Wednesday, June 29. I reported the problem that day and was told it will be repaired by Friday, July 1 - nobody showed for any repair. So I called again, I was told it will repaired by Saturday, on Saturday I was told it will be repaired by Monday on Monday I was told it will be repaired by Tuesday. Today (Tuesday Jul 5) I called again and I was told that somebody was checking the problem this morning and that it was a "major cable problem and was turned over to the cable department and it will take 5 to 8 days to be repaired". When I asked why the repairman did not knock on the door and explained that to me, I was told that was not necessary since they did not have to enter the house. The service is the worst service I have ever received, the charges are outrages (I signed up for bundle, however you have to call to arrange for special prices). It is simply a ripp-off - will research satelite internet and get me an unlimited cell phone plan (can't be more expensive then ATT).
