I had an unauthorized charge to my debit card in the amount of $205.77 (US) through this company. I have seen another complaint regarding the same problem with this company. Someone needs to investigate this scam, please, and refund my money!! My bank caught the fraudulent charge before I did and shut down my card, at great inconvenience to me. Orange Broadband falls over at least once a month. Every time we try to get it fixed, Orange tell us it is our router. Each time, it is the network. When we try to talk to customer service, they blame everyone else, tell us we must wait for a line test and refuse to escalate the problem. The service representatives refuse to let us speak to a supervisor. They also charge us for each call. So far, they have never fixed a problem. With our last outage we were down for 2 days. When trying to work on the domain name it is found that it has already been registered in other peoples name. On June 22 I ordered a dictionary from the www.NetSToreUSA.com website and was given an order tracking number. My bank account was charged 3 days after for the purchase. I went to the website to track my purchase and received the message that I should expect delivery in about 15 days. When I did not receive anything I emailed this company to see what happened.
