I took out a Vivacom extra contract which gave me Internet and landline phone through the landline which is fine. I also took out a TV package including a number of Discovery channels and an extra Move channel. For the past few weeks the movie channel has not been working and Vivacom have told me it is not their problem and that I still have to pay for it. Vivacom has stopped answering my emails and now I cannot get any channels at all, so the whole TV package is not working. However, I am still getting bills from Vivacom. I ordered Mystere by Rochas for women. A fragrance my has had in the past and loved. I found it on their website and ordered it on Dec 6th. I e-mailed them several times and they told me I could expect the package in 14 business days from the time it was dispatched (Dec 7th) I finally received a package from them on Dec 24th. Whatever you do, don't get involved with these people! They approached us to furnish our apartment in Bulgaria but after we paid them, nothing happened, we never got our furniture and we've lost all our money and they don't respond to us at all. But what's worse is that when we checked up on Reavis, we found that he's American and a convicted felon in the US with convictions for assault, guns and drug offences. Does anyone have any information on the progress of Silver Mountain, Bansko. We do not want to complete on our apartments as we have lost all trust in anything we are told from MRI. MRI say they have nearly finnished the complex but i have heard very diferent reports. We would like to get money back.
