Here is my experience at Whitby Optical in Whitby Ontario . Absolutely horrendous customer service experience (quite possibly the worst I've ever had). I was using my computer. All at once, I found that my computer has lots of viruses from no where. I was not able to invoke any program. It forced me to buy a software to get rid of this virus problem. I had to enter my credit card details. The moment I completed the transaction, viruses dis-appeared. I have done over 25 shops for this company between November 2010 and February 2011. I have yet to receive payment for these shops and now they have stopped returning my calls. My next course of action is to contact the Ontario Better Business Bureau to have this matter reported. I have purchased items from bravado USA. I got several t-shirts and a molotov black Green Day Hoodie. The were purchased for Christmas 2010. I recently join Goodlife Fitness, downtown Ottawa location. I have nothing bad to report as far as payments/staff/equipment is related. My issue is the men's change room. Its TERRIBLE.
