I bought this phone three years back, they never send me any statement to see whow much do I owe them. They get money via debit order everymonth, so now their phone is no longer working its almost a year. but they still take the debit twice a month. This is not according to our agreement. the agreement was to debit once a month so now they are overdoing it. They firstly stop the airtime without notifying me. I have a cell c contract for some time now, but never have I used my number. In Decemeber cell c called me to tell me that my bill has reached an amount of R7158.20. Also asked me if it was me and I said no. They then told me it would be investigated. Till today, they haven't come back to me as yet. MTN has unqualified, bad and some staff members who do not know what they do. I have applied for a contract phone online, and it's been two weeks I haven't received that phone. No one seems to care about me, they always make promises that my phone will be delivered to me through the so called useless RTT company. I have decided to cancel that contact over the phone, and they told me stories that I did not even want to hear. MTN is nothing but a useless corporation that employs useless people. I'm one of the thousands of people who targeted for SMS & Junk Mail by Call Direct. At least once a month you receive an SMS from them RE: Personal loan. On 7 June 2011 I received yet another from them. The text stated that if you wish to opt-out you simply needed to reply with a "NO". Which I promptly did. Today (4 July) I received yet another SMS from them - exact copy of the previous SMS ad. How many people do they con out of money by not honouring one's wishes to opt-OUT??? I bought what I thought to be 1 month of prepaid uncapped adsl from Open Web (‘Uncapped adsl LITE’ – 196 R/M) on 30 June at 196 R (direct payment with credit card). It worked fine the first evening. I recently damaged my vehicle because of a street-light pole that is situated in the driveway of a residence in Wierda Park. The street-light pole is planted in such a position that causes it to be a hazard. Numerous vehicles have been damaged by this specific pole. I was almost scammed out of money by a Cameroon Scams and therefore were sceptical when payment for documentation were asked. I upgraded my medical aid at Prosano to the Provider option in 2010.I was told that I could no longer make use of Prime Cure. According to my knowledge all accounts were paid because it was submitted to the Prosano.I learnt only yesterday that there was amount of + - R3000. that is in arrears since 1999. I have never received any accounts nor warnings from Prime Cure who is now demanding the payments from me. I am still waiting for Head office to send me a breakdown.
