Everybody be aware of this company its a scam!!!. They call you an tell you win something and then try to sell you a vacation package to Mexico for 5 days 4 nights and another to Orlando, Daytona and Bahamas. The price start at $1, 130 and then they lower it to $599 which you think its not bad and then you buy. I receive the mexico portion of the package which I can never book cause they said I am not in the system and still waiting for the Florida portion and its been 4 months already..I try to cancel the credit card and its almost impossible... read full review »

We have purchased an airline ticket thru "GO VOYAGES" back in October 17, 2010 for December 18, 2010 flight from Lyon France to California. Because of heavy snow storm in London, most of the flight was cancelled for days and even weeks. i submitted a refund request for god knows how many times via email. I received a letter from seasonsholidays.com last month (over 4 weeks ago) saying I had won a membership to seasonsholidays worth £3750. I was asked to pay an annual management fee of £390 which they claim all seasonsholidays members pay. I ignored the letter.
They have just written to me again saying they were very surprised I did not claim the prize and have offered to pay 50% of the annual management fee leaving me with a fee of £195 to take advantage of one of their resorts at a fraction of the normal... read full review »

I went to a showing and was promised a car rental and 2 airfare tickets in which now i find is a gimmic, , once i got the papers in the mail (the same ones they were suppose to furnish at the presentation and did not) i try to register and it will not let go on the website, not to mention i find out i have to wait additional time even when i get registered or even talk to anyone to plan the trip i was promised which is very inconvienent not to mention the 7 day car rental deal that was suppose to come with the airfare is a complete rip off you... read full review »

I travelled from delhi to mumbai on Go Air flight in the month of January 2011. My 7 month baby at tha time was in a pram. I checked in the pram just before boarding the flight. But to my dismay i did not get the pram when i landed in Mumbai. the pram was lost. after hundreds of followups, bad customer relation people, no formal complain tracking mechanism, i have still not got the pram. My baby has grown up now but this loss of mine still remains. How do I recover this loss? I am surpised how as to how we were treated during and post this episode

I travelled in January from Melbourne to Lahore on Thair Airways. My checked baggage was delayed for over 4 days. I was told to submit a an application to claim for compensation money. I took a unfortunate decison to book tickets to travel between Banglore to Mumbai ( return), due to personal reasons I had to cancel my wife and sons ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore ( travel date 03/04/2011- (6ILISP) ). Check my bank statement this morning to find a charge of £14.95 on it from Rewards First, not know who or what this charge was for I googled them. This was some kind of a voucher company. Not knowing why they were charging me I went to their website, the contact number only lets you contact them if you have a membership number or a landline number, you will not be able to pass this process without either. We attended a presentation at iGlobe and decided it was not for us since we don't fly and already had 3 timeshare weeks and actually wanted to get rid of the timeshare at Orange Lake since our grandchildren were grown and we don't use it anymore. In summary if I can explain the sequence of events to you it is as follows:
1. On 1st April 2011 I had booked my ticket via Emirates Online booking from 5th May 2011 to 5th june 2011
2. I then tried to go into online visa processing website via emirates after booking my ticket
3. I had problems progressing with online visa for the booking i had made due to the dates in exceedence of 30 days where my dates totalled a 32 day stay initially (i.e 5th May - 5th June)

We paid for one night for 2 rooms on priceline . I paid for 50.00 a piece for the rooms double beds . We get to the hotel which is a truck stop it sits off of Sharon Rd . I get up to the window and tell the clerk we have a prepaid room from priceline . The clerk expalined to me that they had two queen beds in each room . I asked her are they double beds in each room she say no you have to pay an additional 30.00 for doubles . I bought a voucher for £25 plus charge of £5 for part of my husband's retirement present. Ryan-air decided to not travel out of Belfast where we fly from and I requested refund of voucher. This was refused and I wrote to them again saying I thought it was unfair as we were pensioners and couldn't afford to lose this. we booked 2 weeks holiday at the bali hotel benamedna from 02/mayto 16may 2011. we booked a studio apartment for selfcatering. they sent us to a studio 300yds at least from the reception as my partner & I are both 79 I asked for disability acess as we both have walking problems Incidently this was done when the booking was made . when i complained we were given a twin bedded room nearer the reception. this had no facilitys for self catering at all, I went to reception and asked for teamaking facilities & was told i could hire a kettle . after... read full review »

Their pitch is "Where would you like to go?" we have a book of over 4, 000 listing of timeshares which are in the pool of potential places to reserve. Since it's just my husband and I we figured we have a lot of flexibility of when and where we can go. We followed the rules, filled out the online reservation form well over the 90-120 days. NOISE ! At 2am the bar in the hotel closes. 100 wild, noisy, and drunk young people walk out of the lobby and start raising hell in the hotel driveway. Why is this allowed? Next, a couple in the room next door started arguing about 2:30am and we could hear every word through the thin walls.
