Bridgestone
bztel June 28, 2011
I purchased four Bridgestone tire from 9 North Tire, Inc for my 2007 Honda Odyssey. I have paper work on tire rotation and balancing and wheel alignment (from both Honda dealer and 9 North Tire). It has a 65K tire warranty. I am at 24.5K and the tire is out of thread and Honda says i need new tire. I went to 9 North Tires to inform them for a pro-rate refund and supply with new tires. They say, i need to purchase new tires, they will send the old tires to Birdgestone for refund with my maintenance record for Honda Carland and 9 North Tires. If... read full review »

On 11/27/2010 we went into Paul Blanco auto dealership and we asked to see any small suv type cars and we were shown Kia Sorento LX . My daughter test drove the car and then decided she was interested in purchasing it. She did have a concern about the A/C not blowing cold. Her precious car had a AC that did not work very well so this was a concern of hers. I asked the sales person Rick about the AC and he said " it has probably been sitting a while and needs to run a while or at the very worse case it needed to have the AC charged with... read full review »

I went into midway to test drive a car the summer of 08. They said well let us have your keys and we will have your car checked out to see what the trade in value would be. So anyway I sent my money on May 1st of 09, and was told to call back 2 days later to receive my tracking #. And that's when all HELL broke out!!! They told me I would receive my tires in 5 to 6 business days. And to this day I still haven't got my d**n tires. Every time I call I get the run around trying to talk to somebody. 2006 Ford F-150
ForJesus2 June 28, 2011
I purchased a 2006 Ford F-150 with 9, 177 miles. It was owned 4 days when the accelerator stuck in 4-wheel drive in reverse and rammed my son's house trailer -- destroying both. I went to the dealer and they refused to do anything even though I had purchased all the warranties and paid cash! He said he was not going to do a darned thing about it because he did not build it. My son lost everything, as well as, getting injured. Has anyone had a similar problem? read full review »

My 1996 Grand Am Se anti-theft system was not allowing me to start the car at 134, 178 miles. I took it to a Chevrolet dealer. Their ddiagnosis of code P1629, set-theft system ignition cylinder failed, led them to replace, recode, and program the cylinder at a cost of $706.55. Then, ten months later, at 138, 459 miles, I had to have car towed back to dealer. The theft system again prevented starting and the tow cost $132.00. They told me to replace the faulty PassLock cylinder and code keys to the cylinder and program the PassLock... read full review »

I have taken this truck in 4 times now because of parts that Ford knows are going to go out. The first dealership worked on it twice and didn't fix the problem. I had to take it in again and the cost was $1800. That should of been done correctly the first time. A second dealership said that the first didn't use the right parts or the right oil. The problem was the differential. read full review »

At 46, 000 miles, rack and pinion failed - no warranty... so my expense. The emission system was faulty which they did cover under warranty. The next problem was with a shifting cable which failed while I was vacationing in Myrtle Beach, SC. I made it home but had to pay out of pocket for a new shifter cable. The latest problem is that the power window is failing. I am told this will cost $300 for the repair. My car has 83, 000 miles on it and has cost me a bundle out of pocket. Chrysler doesn't care about its customers and won't resolve problems. read full review »

GM transmissions
Mike Lewis June 28, 2011
I have a 2001 Chevrolet Impala LS that I purchased new. At 40, 000 miles of easy driving. The transmission went out and cost $3, 000 to replace. I did NOT go with a GM remanufactured transmission. There were no updates from GM to upgrade the weak internals for this transmission which has had known weaknesses for years. My advice is to not buy a Chevrolet Impala. GM won't give you any grace if your transmission fails after the warranty period and there are too many people having problems with these transmissions to take your chances with one. read full review »

While parked in our driveway in 50 degree weather, the rear window shattered. There was no object thrown into the vehicle. It was simply thin glass exploding due to temperature. It was jerking when put in gear, and when you put it in reverse it did not want to do it you had to really give it gas to get it to go backwards. I have owned a 1996 Chevy Blazer for 4 years. I bought it used from a Chevy dealer in Denver. The day I bought it I said the transmission was not right and they said it was normal. Two years and about $1000 later, when my extended warranty was just about up, they said it was the transmission. It would barely run, it cut out, and sometimes die at an intersection.
